Easy update 0.9.5.8 brings Bootstrap 3 menu brick

New commit of the Easy on svn and git repository brings new brick, the Bootstrap 3 menu walker.

This is unusual View brick in Easy as it doesn’t need any controls. It works at is. Along Easy commitment I also updated a bit Easy theme template. Both are ready for download, from this site, WordPress repository or Github.
